Eight years ago, inventor Dan Baldwin created a unique electric board known as the Ungoverned Powerboard. Now, in 2021, Baldwin has unveiled a new updated version of the device.
The new prototype has emerged on the Indiegogo crowdfunding platform. The inventor has clearly improved the board. It is now a lightweight, all-electric sequel to the Ungoverned Powerboard. The Vendetta resembles a cross between a skateboard, snowboard, and snowmobile. It is designed especially for off-road riding.
The Vendetta comes equipped with two electric motors, wide tracks, and massive snowmobile-like treads. As a result, the powerboard can easily overcome obstacles up to 20 cm high. A full battery charge runs for 40 minutes of use. Additionally, the board can accelerate to a speed of 20 km/h. The electric device will cost about $5,100.
