The bike has a feature that makes training not only more fun but also more effective.
Generally, exercise bikes are static. Therefore, the sensation of training remains very far from the pleasure of cycling on a real bike. Rizer from the Italian company Elite operates on a totally different principle. Whilst exercising on the bike, it tilts up and down to simulate the conditions of a real road.
When launching Zwift or another cycling simulator, Rizer connects wirelessly to the device running the software. As soon as a hill or descent appears in the game, the simulator immediately tilts in the right direction. The steering wheel is also movable, making the simulator even more realistic.
The user will be able to select the appropriate degree of inclination independently. To do this, you must choose the proper settings in the mobile app available on iOS and Android. The Rizer can manage loads of up to 120 kg. It will go on sale from autumn for $1099.99.
