Reasonance, a Russian startup company, has developed a wireless TV

The device was unveiled at CES 2021.

Eliminating the need for a TV power cable is currently possible, thanks to wireless power transmission technology. A receiving coil providing a power transmission of 120 W at 20 to 120 kHz is integrated into a table beneath the TV. According to the developers, the device could be positioned in a TV frame either, but in this case, the screen would have to be bulkier.

The system works at up to half a meter; however, engineers have promised to improve this technology by adjusting the conductive coils. Previously, Samsung has engaged in a similar project, but its wireless TV has yet to be released. The TV by Reasonance has already been patented in Russia, and patent applications have been sent to many other countries.
