An unusual hacker attack was recently made near Detroit. The hackers targeted a small Triple Communications billboard near highway I-75. For approximately 20 minutes, the giant screen of the billboard played porn instead of ads.

The passing drivers reported the incident to 911 and also hurried to share the unusual news in their social networks.

To switch the video track, two unknown people broke into one of the technical facilities and hacked into the computer that controlled the content on the billboard. This moment was recorded by security cameras, but the hackers were well-prepared for this, hiding their faces under hoods and glasses.

The local police force is currently trying to identify the hackers. They issued a statement saying that the most important thing is that no one was hurt. The actors in the porn video, who were quickly identified on Reddit, are of the same opinion.

Some people might consider this act to be a harmless prank. But having a distraction like porn on a public billboard, especially after dark, could result in a serious accident on the highway.

If the hackers are located, they might be charged with showing pornography to minors who could have been inside some of the passing cars. According to US law, these charges entail a fine of $500 and up to three months in prison. Additionally, the suspects might be charged with unlawful entry into technical facilities and felony computer hacking.
