Youcan Robot startup has released a new device for underwater photography. BW Space drone can sink to a depth of 100 m and move 500 m away from the operator. It has two types of control - wired and wireless. If the user chooses the latter mode, he can use both a mobile application and a special controller.
The drone’s key specific feature is its 6-fold zoom camera. It is connected to a double projector capable to determine the sub-aquatic illumination, and adjust its mode accordingly.
The gadget is powered by at 9,600 mAh lithium battery with a charge lasting for 4 hours of operation. The drone has also acquired a new steering wheel and a thrust unit providing better maneuverability. BW Space Pro sells for $1,699 by pre-order. It will be released to the market in October 2019.
