A new technology from Epic Games and Unreal Engine will make green screens a thing of the past. It’s a simple concept: LED panels are installed behind the actors, creating the right background in real time. This approach will enhance the ‘effect of presence’, which will make the actors’ performance more realistic. It will also save time and money required to make films.
