Love Hulten has created a synthesizer. The keyboard has twenty-five keys which are connected to individual sets of plastic teeth.
Swedish designer Love Hulten has on many occasions surprised the world with his unusual and eccentric, conceptual inventions. On this occasion, he has unveiled the VOC-25 vocal synthesizer. What makes this musical instrument totally unique is that it features twenty-five sets of plastic teeth that open as soon as the corresponding keys are pressed and make sounds. This innovation does seem funny and, at the same time, a little bit scary, too.
The user can upload their favourite samples to the synthesizer and adjust the tone and sound of the "singing" jaws to their liking. Sound is provided by built-in speakers with a mono output. VOC-25 does not require a network connection. Since this unique instrument is not going on sale any time soon, you can appreciate its sound and originality by watching Love Hulten's video.
