Robotic dogs are becoming increasingly popular in the world of robotics. Famous robotics company Boston Dynamics is already actively manufacturing these devices. This year, one hundred robotic SpotMini dogs will be available for purchase.

Their closest competitor is Chinese company Unitree Robotics, which introduced their Laikago robot two years ago. Laikago is a 24-kilogram robot named after the first dog on the Moon. The device has a height of 0.6 meters, with a battery life of 4 hours. Each robot can lift and transport cargo up to 7 kg.

An upgraded version of this device was recently unveiled. Its key differentiator is an ability to work together with other devices. Together, the machines can lift an adult person or even move a full-sized automobile. The device is already available for purchase at a starting price of $45 thousand.

The company also has a product called AlienGo. Due to an increased number of sensors, this device can conveniently navigate in various environments and collaborate with its ‘peers’, it also features improved mobility.
