As part of a new round of seed funding, a subsidiary of Framework Ventures managed to raise $ 8 million.
The main investor of Framework Labs turned out to be Station 13, an investment company specializing in wide ranging blockchain projects in sports, media and entertainment sectors. Most of the funds raised by Framework Labs will be spent on team development. The company can already boast of having on board such influential names from the crypto world as the former co-founder of the IDEX exchange Ray Pulver and the ex-director of Wavemaker Partners Roy Lerner .
A new investment model called Network Capital was instrumental in Framework obtaining such significant funds, the essence of which is to raise funds in several stages. This model has a flexible and decentralized approach to financing, ensuring liquidity and ability to constantly evolve for the company.
Framework Ventures was founded in 2019 by entrepreneurs Michael Anderson and Vance Spencer. Prior to that, they were engaged in the Hashletes project, which was a major liquidity provider on the Uniswap platform.
