The most important thing for website and mobile applications developers is to understand how people interact with their products. The platform developed by the startup ContentSquare helps companies analyze user behavior and understand which direction shall they take in the UX-design development and what functionality is not interesting.
ContentSquare raised $ 20 million during the first financement phase. Highland Europe became the main investor. The startup quickly grew into an international company with offices in Paris, Munich, London and New York. Today ContentSquare employs over 200 employees. Many large companies are among the clients: Orange, Rakuten, Carrefour, Walmart, Tiffany's, Clarks, Goldman Sachs, Abbott, SNCF, AccorHotels and L'Occitane.
The second investment stage was headed by the american company Canaan supporting promising ideas in the technology and healthcare fields. ContentSquare has raised another $42 millions of investment for further development.

The cloud platform uses artificial intelligence to process billions of mouse movements, clicks and other actions of users around the world.
The service helps designers and programmers find out how users interact with content and how to optimize their presence on the website or in the application.
ContentSquare turns an information about user behavior into useful changes: it helps improve specific page elements or content in order to increase interaction and conversion rates.
Changes are beneficial for both parties: users get the most interesting content faster, and companies earn more.
Today there is a need of more than just simple visit statistics and page transitions analysis. ContentSquare plans to become the first fully automated UX-platform based on artificial intelligence.
