The ClipDrop space scanning app performs work which used to take a long time to complete in just seconds.
Virtual reality technology is developing quickly, but there are specific problems with tools for rapidly transferring objects to VR. Today, several apps perform this task, but to work with them, you usually have to process the image first in Photoshop to select the desired area. The new ClipDrop app automates this work.
The app's real-time algorithm divides the frame into several areas. To select one of them, you must take a detailed photo, and then transfer the object to the ClipDrop desktop or to another programme. The app determines the dimensions of the desired area with pinpoint accuracy, separating the item from the background. The result seems more like a painted model than part of a photograph. Additionally, the app has numerous features to work with text and gadget screens.
