The new model is a logical continuation of the Spyder tricycle by the same manufacturer. “Rally Edition” added to the title refers to the vehicle’s functional component.
Ryker is an unusual three-wheel vehicle (with two wheels in front and one traction wheel in the rear). It differs from Spyder in that it has a full underbody protection, aluminum safety guards and impressive tires for off-road driving.
Ryker Rally Edition’s ground clearance is only 112 mm, and each wheel is equipped with a KYB HPG suspension adaptable to the terrain. It uses the same motor as the Spyder – a three-cylinder Rotax 900 – but with some innovations including electronic stability control and an additional Rally Mode for improved cross-country capability.
It is not advisable to use Ryker for driving in a desert, but it will have no trouble coping with worn-down country roads: the three-wheel system will easily overcome almost any potholes.
