The device is a simplified version of the Thronos seat released by the company a year ago. The new version is devoid of automatic transmissions, enabling personalized adjustments of the seat for each player.
A year ago, Acer introduced their incredible Thronos computer seat at a starting price of $20 thousand. Since then, the company has reinvented certain aspects of the device and subsequently released a budget version. The new seat will be available for purchase at the end of the year, with a starting price of $14 thousand.
The key feature that distinguishes Acer Predator Thronos Air from its predecessor is a lack of automatic adjustments. The company decided that users do not need to constantly adjust their seats, and if the need arises they can make manual adjustments.
The seat comes equipped with an impressive bracket that can hold up to three monitors in front of the user’s face. It also features adjustable shelves for the user’s keyboard and mouse.
Additionally, we would like to note that monitors and additional equipment are not sold together with the seat, so only a real king of gaming would be able to purchase this kind of ‘throne’ without making a large dent in their bank account.
