Russian project Open Longevity has brought together scientists and technicians  in order to create a new open system combining an expert online platform for health monitoring and research patient organization.

The general mission of the project will be conducting clinical trials of geroprotectors and development of a personalized approach to aging combating.

The money raised from users for the service provided will be used for new researches, data of clinical trials will be used to making the expert system better. Users will become not only the main source of financing but will also participate in research. The  scientists will use for new trials a depersonalized data  of their medical tests.

The team is launching ICO for the project startup this fall. Tokens, symbolically called YEAR can be bought in exchange of ETH. With tokens you can later on pay the services of the platform or its partners.

By usage of the platform for health monitoring the patient will receive:

  • Projection of disease, related to the aging;
  • Recommendations to mitigate the risks of disease development;
  • Expert consultations.

The depersonalized data of every participant will be included in a common database and will be of helpful for new trials.

The service has also free of charge functions. For instance you can upload data of laboratory tests and compare their results with medical norms.

A paid subscription will provide a patient a full analytics of data uploaded and recommendations based on it.

The results of the expert system will be followed by the right for medical consultation by experts with specific skills and knowledge.

Open Longevity refuses in advance to protect trial results with patents. In accordance with the project creators the policy of open data can attract partners, scientists, volunteers and additional financing and all these will make anti-aging measures more affordable.
