Xiaomi launches a new wireless charger

This 80-watt device charges your smartphone in only 19 minutes.

Major smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has announced the imminent release of a new generation of chargers. The recently revealed 80-watt model is capable of fully charging a 4000 mAh battery in only 19 minutes.

To date, no release date for this new product has been announced.  However, keeping in mind the previous achievements of the company, the charger will imminently appear on the market. We would like to remind you that in recent years the company has regularly released smartphones with more advanced charging protocols.

Two months ago, the Mi 10 Ultra went on sale. It was accompanied by a 50-watt charger that could fully power a 4500 mAh-a battery in only 40 minutes. The company's main competitor is the Chinese manufacturer OPPO, who have developed a 65-watt charger. It has been stated that the device can charge a 4000 mAh battery in half an hour, but the device has not yet been released for sale.
