Cuphead

A game that catches you at first sight. At least what I want to check out: "And what, everything is really drawn straight?" And as it turns out, it's the truth! Everything looks as if the game was created by Walt Disney himself, however he also invited Hitchcock to join the company: the devil gives you an assignment to bring the souls of debtors, otherwise he will take yours. Involuntarily you recall the famous saying that game reviewers apply to every game that claims to be difficult and cultic: Just like Dark Souls.

Platforms have always been difficult to master but this was interesting, starting with the classic NES ("Dandy"). The game is really complicated, but it's difficult to be honest: if you don't pass the level you need to practice more.

Addictive leveling and stunning styling are traditional and expected pluses. And there are others.

Firstly, you can play the game together, and this is an extra reason to call your friends on Friday night. And secondly, of course the amazing music that takes you back 80 years and presents surprises as you go through.

Release: September 29, 2017

Platform: Xbox One, Windows.

Destiny 2

Multiplayer online shooter which will please all fans of this genre! In the continuation of the story, the creators promised to focus on the plot component which was very lacking for the players in the last part. The history was presented in the form of messages in different locations, which on the one hand is interesting for amateurs to collect references and dig in the lore, but on the other hand - time-consuming.

Moreover, the story turns out to be non-linear.

A serious challenge for Destiny 2 is also that it was first released on the PC platform: the players here are more demanding. But the company hopes for the best because the company Blizzard is helping with the PC release. Blizzard is well known for its successful multiplayer projects.

As always in the genre of MMO's the most important is still core-gameplay, but here the creators promise a lot of interesting things: many types of weapons each with its own characteristics, improved mechanics and physics of shooting, leveling "from head to foot", PvP and PvE modes ... In general, there is no time to explain, we are going to conquer Mars!

Release: September 6 - for Xbox One and PS4, October 24 - for PC.

Platform: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole

All the popular RPG's are masterfully parodied in both the gameplay and in the plot. South Park returns with an equally burning topic: superheroes!

Already in the trailer we can see a parody of a movie from the Marvel universe "Civil War", and indeed the whole superhero industry as a whole. Except there is a plot development plan from Cartman!

By the way, in order to prepare for the release of the game watch the 2nd episode of the 13th season. If you have not already seen it, it was this episode which became the prehistory of the new part. I am glad that together with the change of the RPG theme to the superhero, the battle system will change: instead of RPG style a-la "Final Fantasy" we will meet a step-by-step system similar to "Heroes of might and magic." And the number of classes will increase to 12. The developers promise various achievements associated with them. It sounds exciting; we'll see how it will be realized.

Release: October 17, 2017

Platform: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows.

Gran Turismo Sport

Fans have been waiting for a new game from the Gran Turismo series for three years already. Let's hope that it's not in vain because Kazunori Yamauchi tries to make this car simulator all more realistic in terms of car models and details of the route with each sequel. These games have always been famous for their geometric precision of the tracks and models of cars. And it has always been a challenge; the tracks and one's own nervous system. Let's see what will change in this new part of the series.

Gran Turismo Sport is not a numbered part, but a branch of the series mainly intended for cyber sportsmen who will be able to go on to the final national races and even participate in the "Formula 1". Despite the fact that many players remain quite restrained and do not expect new features, it is possible that the game will please fans of the series with improved mechanics. We are waiting for the release!

Release: October 18, 2017

Platform: PS4.

Praey for the Gods

Another game that raised funds on Kickstarter like "The Last Guardian". However unlike it, Praey will concentrate its attention on battles and puzzles in the best traditions of the action survival genre.

A miniature girl will wander through the vast expanses of the world of the game, stumble upon giants who are trying to kill her, look for exits from traps, and fight enemies with deliberate strikes at weak points.

The developers say that the gameplay of the game will include all the most interesting pieces of such famous games as "Shadow of the Colossus", "Deus Ex", "DayZ", and "Bloodborne" as well as interesting atmospheric locations.

The release date is scheduled for December of 2017 - the most suitable time for great battles

in the snow!
