This new approach implemented by the construction company Broad Group means houses can be built at a faster pace.

We have been familiar with large-panel construction ever since the middle of the last century. A new milestone in its development is the construction of multi-storey houses being built literally within a matter of hours. Thanks to a house building company that creates ready-made sections, the building process is not dissimilar to making something out of a Lego set.

The Broad Group creates stainless steel building modules. All the utilities, thermal insulation, and glazing are now built into each section at the production stage, saving a considerable amount of time. When the sections have been brought to the site, cranes then assemble them. All of this is achieved with only a small construction crew.

The extremely fast method of construction does not affect the quality of buildings. As Broad Group reassures us, this approach is suitable for constructing skyscrapers rising to two hundred floors.
